Writing, Writing, Writing!

Many of our Turtles are becoming very interested in letters and in writing. Our morning was full of writing! Whether it was taking down food orders in the restaurant or jotting down notes in the office, the Turtles worked diligently. After reading A Letter To Amy, by Ezra Jack Keats, one Turtle even suggested writing a letter to his dad and putting it in an envelope just like Peter did for Amy in the story.

Much of our time during Inside-Outside day was spent outside in the sunny weather!  

Making food for princesses.

Riding bikes and helping our friends put on helmets.

Chasing each other.

Experimenting with flour and water.

Some things we did inside included:

Finishing up our "Something Blue" quilt.

Gardening.

Making important phone calls to our Moms.
